Chat Traffic Analysis Report

The Chat Traffic Analysis Report shows information about incoming chat contacts to the Unified CCX system. The information is provided for each day in the report range and includes information about the peak hour of each day.

The Chat Traffic Analysis Report can include these charts:

Chart Name 

Description 

Total Incoming Chats by Date Chart

Displays the total number of contacts received by the Unified CCX system for each day in the report range.

Peak Chats by Date Chart

Displays the number of contacts received in the hour(s) with the most contacts for each date.

Average Chat Duration by Date Chart

Displays the average length of contacts for each day in the report range.

The Chat Traffic Analysis Report includes a table that shows the following information for each date in the report range:

Date for which information is provided.

Total Incoming Chats

Total number of chat contacts received by the Unified CCX system for the day.

Avg Chats (per Hour)

Average number of chat contacts received during each hour for the day.

Peak Chats (per Hour)

Number of chat contacts received during the peak hour(s). (See the next field.)

Peak Hour Start Time

Start time of the hour(s) in a day during which the largest number of chat contacts were received. This hour(s) is defined as the peak hour(s).

Peak Hour End Time

End time of the hour(s) in a day during which the largest number of chat contacts were received. This hour(s) is defined as the peak hour(s).

Chat Duration Avg

Average chat contact length for the day.

Chat Duration Min

Length of the shortest chat contact for the day.

Chat Duration Max

Length of the longest chat contact for the day.

Grouping:

N/A

Sorting:

The default sorting order is done on Date field.

For sorting on specific field, user can sort by click on respective field header in report grid view.

Notes:

  • If user has set their local time zone in the user profile, Start and end date time will be considered to be in that time zone. If not set, the start and end times will be considered to be in the data source time zone (UCCX data source time zone is GMT).
